Exploring the Perfect Aesthetic Narrative
When the outline of the Big Dipper first took shape on our sketch paper, it wasn’t just about mapping stars. It was about telling a story—a quiet, romantic one—between light and space, between the cosmos and the hand that wears it.
First Stage of Refinement
Our first 3D sample ring was… full. Too full.
All the celestial details we poured into the design came back to us at once—crowded, busy, lacking breath. The stars were there, but they weren’t shining. Like a painting with no negative space, it was beautiful—but had nowhere for the imagination to go.
So we did what all good stories do in their second draft: we made edits. We gave it space.
Now, the design is split into two distinct rings:
-
One carries seven precisely cut diamonds arranged just like the Big Dipper, each stone catching the light like a real star.
-
The other is a dreamier take—an abstract trail of stardust and motion. Smooth, curved lines evoke the path of a comet. Delicate engravings suggest light and time, and the tiny diamonds scattered across the band feel like stardust caught mid-flight.
On their own, they speak different languages—one solid and steady, the other soft and fluid. But worn together, they become a full narrative: constellations meeting meteor trails, a tiny sky gathered around your finger.
Design in Motion: The Second Draft
We loved the asymmetrical idea on paper. It gave the ring personality—like a secret only visible from certain angles.
But on the hand? Let's just say, Gravity had its own ideas.
When worn, the engraved pattern kept rotating inward, facing the palm. Adjust it to show the stars, and you’d see an awkward blank surface in its place. It felt unfinished. So we adjusted again—refining, realigning.
We landed on a 270-degree star track engraving. Now, no matter how the ring turns, you catch a trace of starlight. It doesn’t need to face forward to be seen. It just breathes quietly with you, like the sky does.
Final touches
After rounds of editing, testing, and tiny tweaks, the Comet Ring and the Seven Star Ring were born.
Crafted in 14K gold for that perfect balance of softness and strength, they're made to last—and made to glow. The finish is warm, never flashy. The shape is poetic, never loud.
They are rings that do not need to shout to be seen.
Wear them by themselves to bring a subtle shimmer to your everyday. Or layer it with others—especially its starry twin—for a full constellation moment. Whether you're typing away at work or headed out for a dinner that matters, they are rings that always feel right.

Sometimes, the most beautiful part of design isn’t what you add. It’s what you choose to leave out.And in that space—just like the night sky—the stars finally shine.
Sincerely Yours,
