CARAT
Does size really matter? Well, when it comes to diamonds, it's all about personal preference. Some like 'em big and bold, while others prefer a more subtle sparkle.
Whether you go for a rock that's as big as your fist or a delicate gem, the choice is yours!
- Measurement: Carat (aka. ct) - it signifies a diamond's weight, not size.
- Total Carat Weight: The total weight of all diamonds on a jewelry piece.
- Larger-carat diamonds usually means larger looking diamonds in size.
COLOR
The color of white diamonds refers to the absence of color. The ideal white diamond with the highest value has no color, like a drop of clean water. At Stanza, we use diamonds within the GHI color grade range.
- Measurement: Color grade (D to Z).
- Diamond color may be affected by the cut and shape of it.
CLARITY
A diamond's clarity refers to the natural internal characteristics -inclusions and external characteristics -blemishes. At Stanza, we use VS1-VS2 grade diamonds, in which inclusions and blemishes cannot be detected by the naked eye.
- Measurement: FL (Flawless) to I3 (Included).
- These inclusions and blemishes are naturally formed during the formation of that exact diamond.
CUT
The cut refers to the proportion, symmetry, and polish that shape a diamond's brilliance and fire. It dictates the way a diamond interacts and reflects light. So how shiny a diamond looks! At Stanza, we prioritize the cut to maximize the shine.
- Measurement: Excellent to poor.
- Not to be confused with the shape of the diamond (round, heart, etc.).

DIAMOND SHAPES
