For us, gold and silver are our paint, as we make our designs come to life. We craft our pieces using luxurious 14k gold and 18k gold, along with gold-plated sterling silver, and we don't shy away from using vibrant natural stones to add that special touch. From agate to mother of pearl and jade, we love playing around with gemstones with different colors and different textures to bring out the best of the design.
Our design palette leans heavily on vintage gold jewelry hues, elegant curves, and meticulous stone-cutting techniques that allow each piece to tell its narrative. Think of it as a way to wear a piece of art and poetry, elegantly draped around your neck or gracefully adorning your wrists. We want these enchanting choices for your everyday wear can connect you to the grand tapestry of human history, nature, art, and poetry.
For designs to be consistent but still bring something fresh and new to the world during our every release, we make sure that our designs come with different themes but still follows the overarching concept and idea of Stanza.
Inspiration and Moodboard
Inspiration is always the first step. For these pieces, we’re channeling the mosaic vibe with the classic black-and-white color scheme, a chic black paired and cream-white color scheme. We then pair the colors with architectural lines and textures for added flair. It’s a nod to those first mosaic creators who often started with simple black and white pieces in ancient Greece.

Imagine those early artisans, carefully placing pieces of stone, shell, glass, and metal to tell a story or decorate a space. We embrace this tradition by selecting an array of stones that bring a mosaic of colors and textures to our designs. The juxtaposition of colors and textures resembles many themes we see depicted by poets: day and night, soft and bold, yin and yang...All three elements match up perfectly.
3D Development
After sketching out our ideas, we use CAD technology to bring these 2D designs into the 3D world, giving us a clearer view of how they’ll look and feel. This stage includes crafting wax molds for metal casting—vital for visualizing the final product. For example, our "Rings of Time Hoops" initially felt too bulky and lost their delicacy. We want it to delicately hang by your earlobes and swaying as you carry on by the day. We refined the design by reducing their diameter, ensuring they're both beautiful, practical, and comfortable for daily wear.
Stone Selection
In our world, the right stone can make or break a piece. Take turquoise, for instance—it varies significantly in hue. We choose stones with a balanced green, perfect for achieving a serene yet eye-catching effect. Each stone, be it agate, quartz, or tourmaline, is chosen for its beauty and integrity, avoiding any with severe cracks or mismatched colors.
Quality Check
Before any piece joins our collection, it undergoes a rigorous quality check. This isn’t just a glance-over. We meticulously inspect every gemstone and every inch of metal. It’s crucial that each gem meets our standards, free of scratches and significant flaws, ensuring that each piece not only looks flawless but feels exceptionally crafted. You won't have the "Hmmm, I wonder if that's a flaw or it is uniquely like that." Once you receive the gemstone piece, you will just know that it is uniquely beautiful and yours.
